Rain internet is useless

They promise the moon and stars you end up with the toilet and **** paying for a 10mb line only getting 2.5mb if I'm lucky useless internet and can not do what I want with it . Yet paying the full amount thinking of taking this to the ombudsman. Was without internet for couple of days promised it would be credited still 2 months after paying the same amount for **** speed internet will not recommend anyone to waste money on this .
