Rain internet is the worst

Worst experience with 5g ever, its either completely off of inconsistent, and the only way to get 5g, you must buy a router, I have sent multiple complaints and never received any assistance, I feel like selling most of the electronics that, work with WiFi, the don't phone me nothing, please talk to them for me, I feel like throwing this router over their fence in Bellville,
