Rain internet is sub standard

Sorry but the internet service that rain provides does. Not compare to fibre, what they claim does not happen in reality… at least you can return this modem once you get your fibre line sorted..

Stick to rain if you don’t mind your streams getting glitchy or the quality lowering every hour or of watching

Being a fibre user moving to rain, I regretted writhing a day

They are also trying to flood hello Peter with good reviews that their call center staff send you , you should not rate a call center agent on hello Peter

Let’s stock to the actual product rating, those rating agents on here are making rains reviews look better than what they should be

Even your traditional cellular companies internet service out performes rain, the last few days when rain drops I switch to mobile data and it’s super quick

Sorry to say to rain; Your quality and speed SUCKS, your staff are excellent but your product is not up to par

Sort that out and you won’t have thousands of bad reviews
