Rain internet is Pathetic

I have called rain for 3 days now as we are without internet, 8 calls later and each time they have promised to call back and promise to resolve the problems and even refund my money! No one ever calls back, not even the manager as apparently they are too busy to help customers. This is the worst service I have ever had! We eventually went on the site and clicked the call me back service to apply for internet to see if they call and guess what, they called in less than an hour, they want your money right away if you’re signing up but can’t help existing customers who are paying for a service you don’t even get!!!! Absolutely pathetic!!!! I am totally outraged at how they make so many promises that come to nothing!!!
