Rain Internet is Pathetic

Worst and most *********** service provider ever. I cancelled my sim card on the 27th of Oct. To date nothing was done and no feedback has been sent. Simcard still active and no refund. I have to call in every day and the *********** agents either lie to me, or drop the call. Who can help fix this
