Rain internet is like Africa... NO RAIN AT ALL !!!

I pay two accounts for R479 and R250 a month that cones to R729 excluding a R50 data cap. The last 2 weeks I almost had no internet,1 or 2 bars at most but you still expect payment????? In the beginning Rain was awesome but it seens that is how the hook you in and after that you struggle and move all over your house just to get or hope to get better signal. I am a proffesional and can't move all over my house just to try and stay in contact with my client.... worst service ever... you might be cheap but there is a reason for that... NO SERVICE....
