Rain internet is horrible and now *****ing money from me
I ordered Rain last month. You claimed my area was covered. IT WASN'T.
I complained and cancelled.
Now you just took MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!
The phone lines NEVER WORK. How are you taking money from me for a FAILED SERVICE!?
I sent an email to support and apparently you no longer reply to emails. Great job.
I keep trying to phone. It rings once or twice and then goes dead. Seems you try to avoid customer service at all costs.

02 Sept 2021, 17:42This is day 2 of waiting. I have even messaged Rain on Facebook. Their reply there was that they had allegedly tried to call me but couldn't get through. Even though I had been receiving calls all day with no issue, so it was just a blatant lie.
I still only get one or two rings when I phone Rain's number before the call ends.
They purposly make it difficult to get any kind of help.
