RAIN INTERNET IS **** AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Useless Rain. Since i updated to 5g i had 5g for one month and then had kilobytes upload speed. Submit so many tickets and every time rain excuse was we call and your phone was off. Thats the end of customer service. I had cancelled my rain on the app but ****ing rain keeps billing me every month for a service i did not get even if its cancelled. Rain is the worst service provider and do not listen yo the consumers or assist them. I was a loyal customer for years and they give me a **** service till i had to cancell it. Now rain can go suck a 🍆 because i wilk not pay R998.00 to them for a service i cancelled and did not use. Please any future cleints stay away. I would not recommend rain to my enemy. I wish i vould have give them a zero star rating, thats how their customer service sucks..
