Rain is a ****. They forcefully took money from my account, without providing me with internet for that month. I knew I didn’t pay, hence the WiFi was off. Suddenly they have a statement saying I’m owing 999.99 that I received no service for. You will call for the longest time without them answering their phone. Their managers won’t help you too. Their internet is not stable at all, even after you paid you suffer and loose money for NO GOOD REASON .
