Rain Internet is a ****

I have been receiving calls from a call centre from Rain, they are telling me that I am in arrears and have not paid it, mind you in our area rain doesn't connect at all and have been with vuma for years now yet I owe rain money. I have not purchased a sim card or let alone have used Rain for Internet at all. I don't know how they can blacklist someone with a prepaid sim card that you buy for less that R5 and not even own it at all. Guys run fast and away from service provider that wants to **** us from sustaining cash from us.
