I think that they are the worst service provider one can find, there towers are more down than connected, their technical department takes days to assist clients, will not recommend them at all

17 Jul 2022, 12:49I have had that apology from rain customer service a number of times over the past few days with no fruitful results, I don't ever want to deal with rain ever again, I asked for it to be canceled today and a refund to my account that's all I want.
