Rain Internet HORRIBLE

I have requested that my service be cancelled and requested that my card details get removed since the moment I had issues with this provider , spoke to manager Ricardo Maggott the manager who gave me his email *** to have this done , and once it’s been completed he will send me information, this has been the first person that I spoke to who actually gave even a email address , I am sick and tired , I requested a refund and I request a investigation and my card details to be removed and non of that happened , the service is **********!!
