Rain Internet has bad service! No Network! No nothing!

Bad service! No network! No internet connection no service at all!!!!!!

I took out rain in July this year and it worked quite fine until the 20th September! The network disappeared and till today I haven't had any network! I have been struggling with the customer service which sucks! nobody can assist they keep wanting to escalate it to this and that person to assist! No one gets back to you!

Funny part I drove to Lenasia one day with the pocket router and there was connection until I drive back home where it disappeared!

One consultant tells you the tower was down and the other consultant tells you its the sim card I need to have a sim swap done which i did and still no connection. Its a damn ******* !

For the mere fact that nobody gets back to you to even assist is the worst no one can tell you why you don't have connection or what the actual problem is!

I want my refund for the days I haven't had connect/internet connection and I don't want yol to debit my effin money either useless!

I WILL NEVER SET FOOT AT RAIN AGAIN!!!!
