Rain internet has abysmal management in place

I posted a review on the abysmal Rain data services where I have now twice paid for added phone data which they never delivered. Thus taking money without adding the data on the phone. Rain responded, like they have every time, that they will sort it out. Yet again nothing has happened because of a total *********** staff. Even after sending the bank statements, follow up emails and a request for the CEO's office to contact me. They will again no doubt respond here and then not follow up to sort this out. The management of Rain is below par and a company that will soon see less and less customers. Bad after sale service indeed.
