Rain internet *****

I contacted rain in May to cancel my sim contract due to lack of coverage, was told to cancel online, which I did, i have the email to prove i canceled it! I was still billed in full in June, logged tickets, got no response, today I got billed again. This is *****! Contact number is out of service aswel, need a refund, terrible service!
