Rain internet

I am so frustrated with Rain Internet provider. It has now been 3 days of the internet being down. I have reported it copious amounts of times in their ask Rain chatbot requesting support. Nada!! Have spent airtime to phone their support line and never get through. What is wrong with service providers that they don't provide service. You have just lost another customer.
