Rain internet FALSE ADVERTISING PROVIDES NO SERVICE!

Wrote a review about two months ago, still no response from Rain. I always pay on time for a service that doesn't work at all, this weekend starting Friday I had no network at all TO THIS DAY. I could not stream the entire weekend and have been paying for data to work etc... I am now paying more for data than my actual contract with Rain.

EMAIL ME PLEASE!!

There is absolutely nothing I can do as no once answers tickets, emails or a call. This has been going on for months now, I am going to stop paying and take things further. Clearly your advertising is false as you are not providing the service your promised!
