Rain. Internet failure

Signed up for internet and put down my payment date as the 25th. Downloaded the rain app and saw that my payment date was the 1st. A week in advance I try and correct this. Sent them ticket after ticket. All I get is reference numbers but no one calls me. I call them all i hear is how sorry they are. Hello, I don't need you to be sorry. I need my payment date as the 25th.

Furthermore the call centre agents are polite and friendly but utterly useless. I was placed on hold for 20mins after asking to speak to a manager. You people are ridiculous. I need this for my work.
