RAIN Internet - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

I have had an issue with the router since I received it, have tried to call but their phone just goes to voicemail. I have emailed support twice and have 2x reference numbers. I cannot get hold of anybody. All of a sudden their page is not found ( unless you want to place an order- convenient) . I arranged fro a courier to returned the router with a cancellation request, since I only need to give 30 days but they have also had no success in returning the faulty router to RAIN who is the Supplier, has anybody got information on the company , have they closed down ?
