Rain - internet drought

I bought the sim plus router online. Did all that was requested, paid all that was requested but couldn't use anything, no service at all from rain. After a couple of emails, Facebook messenger posts and phone calls from my prepaid phone I still can't use the damn thing. Why we as South Africans still support companies like this boggles my mind. Message to rain, pls deduct 1st of Jan, I have proof that I received no service or signal from you, besides the fact that I am less than 1km from the nearest tower. I have proof of me trying my best to get help from you.
