Rain internet drops or connect but cannot provide internet. Waiting 4 months for modem swap.

The Internet speed is too low to game and often too low to stream. Connection drops extremely frequently. And more often than not, the error 'connected but cannot provide Internet'. When I report it I get a message saying you are connected to a healthy site and have internet. But I don't. Conclusion: modem defective. A ticket for a modem swap was opened in Dec 2025.its 2 April now and I still have not received it despite numerous new tickets being opened.
