Rain Internet don't refund payment of 4000 rands!

After cancelling my order for poor service, I am still waiting for a full refund more than 15 days after the account was confirmed as cancelled. To make matters worse, their site is down, and there is no way to contact these people. Their emails are automated, what a shocking company. DO NOT spend your hard earned money! You will not get anything for it, and if you cancel they don't pay you back!
