Rain internet dissatisfaction

Rain has not provided me with internet for the past 4 days, due to an alleged problem with their tower. On day 4 of not having internet, i am informed that no technician has been dispatched to the tower to fix it.

Word of advice, don't opt for rain should you require internet.
