Rain Internet dismal service

Rain.. I am paying R600 per month for wifi that is almost non existent.. it is so slow that i am unable to even load emails . It is also almost IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of you.. or get a call back from what you try to pass as your suport team. I am not sure if you are aware of the poor internet service you provide or do you simply not care as long as you are raking in the monthly fees..? Your internet service is sub standard by a mile.. Vodacom offer a router twice as fast as the one youve provided me at the SAME PRICE... Care to explain? I have rated you with one star as that is the lowest that HelloPeter allows! I am not sure how of even IF you propose to address this issue, which is why i have taken to writing this review..
