Rain Internet disappointment

Received my sim card today. Uncapped 4G plan. Supposed to be getting up to 10mbps but I can even get 1mbps. My speed is 0.6mbps. I cannot even receive emails properly with this internet. Please do something about this. I chose you guys because there is no fibre in my area and I required uncapped internet. You guys were my only hope. Now I'll have to go back to paying over 1K a month for capped internet which will be done within the 1st week of the month but at least my browser will actually open with some speed. Really disgusting living in 2020 like this.
