RAIN INTERNET CONSULTANTS ARE USELESS

My phone with data sim from Rain was ****** on 1 November 2020 along with a whole list of other things when I moved from Naboomspruit to Benoni. I sent an email and was told by JJ Botha that I could get a sim from Takealot, Clicks or MrD, send in a short number and a simswap could be done. I had to go and look for a Clicks got the sim and have been trying to do the simswop only to be told that a store bought sim could not be used and that first it would take 3 - 5 days for delivery of a new sim and now to be told 5 business days. So I would be lucky if I got it by the 9th of December . In the mean time I am losing further income and have to pay for service that I am not getting. They are a bunch of independant incompetant individuals . No wonder that there is no telephone contact or no chat contact with these fools
