Rain internet connection sucks

I am very unhappy with this internet service provider. I have contacted them multiple times, complaining about my internet connection. Sometimes my show plays for two seconds then the internet buffers, other times i have no internet connection at all. This is unacceptable, as we pay our monthly installment every single month, for a service that we do not recieve. Each time i have contacted them, i recieve a standard reply that said "we've checked your connections and everything seems fine". This is, however, not the case. There is no way for us to contact or reach them. Once you have a subscription with them they seem to dissappear from the planet. Please don't use rain internet provider, as you are alot better of without it.
