Rain internet connection 😭 and billing services

After having used this company for years when I cancelled in August they confirmed my cancellation and collected their router. They debited my card on 25 August and September. I asked them why and they making excuses that don't add up I am so disappointed with them and when I asked for my refund they refused . It is a lot of money R819. They are arrogant on the phone and I have messages that confirm the cancellation. I wanty refund from these people.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
