Rain Internet connection
I have constant Internet connection issues, log tickets and it is always the same excuse. Why does it connect to a tower over 2km away from my house if there is a tower less than 1km from my house. Why am I paying for something and I permanently have connection issues. As I was typing this complaint I had 5 disconnected messages. Looks like rain is following in Telkom footsteps. Service is getting worse by the day

17 Jul 2022, 11:24Same excuse again, I had this problems when I was in Welgedacht, in Standerton and now in Mooinooi and it is getting worse by the day. 50 plus reconnections already just today. Like I said, don't know who is worse, rain or telkom. Took me 5 minutes just to get in and reply to this and it will probably take another 5 to 10 minutes just to post my reply

Why connected to the far point over a hill as there is no hill between my house and Mooinooi tower
