Rain Internet Company are *****sters

I made the biggest mistake by opening a wifi contract with Rain. In December of 2024 I cancelled my contract with Rain telephoncally and was told that my contract has been terminated as agreed upon. In January of 2025 no deductions occurred as agreed upon. In February 2025 I was debited twice, on the banking transaction it stated that I was debited for January and as well as February. I have been on the phone with the billing agent for the last 3 days and it seems as if nobody is willing to take this matter seriously. The rain company still has my banking details and I'm afraid that they will continuously debit me on the 15th of every month. I do not recommend that anybody signs a contract with Rain, they are really unprofessional. Particular people that I spoke to was Jay R, he specifically told me that the matter would be resolved and that a validation process would have to be made, he also stated that I would be reimbursed, but there has been no contact since then or no formal contact via email. Rain is quick to help set up an account, but are unreliable when it comes to helping customers resolve problems regarding their issues, their action are nothing short of *****.
