Rain Internet Are ****s

Very bad service. I paid in full and did not receive any services as promised it's 3 weeks already and no reply or help from the Rain company. I call in every day to check up on the progress and nothing happens im always told we will call you back and no one does I have even requested a refund and they refused to saying that the refund window has passed but I got no service from them and still don't have any. Please dont choose RAIN they are big ****ers. Take people's money and no service provided. Regards Mrs Ernest
