Rain internet

Wish i can give you a 0 star. Tired of phoning speaking to numerous consultants. Logging numerous call back. No one phones back. Was escalated to a Technician but no calls. All that the consultants tells me there is no problems on there side. Clearly there is struggling now for almost 2 weeks of having little internet to none. Connected to connected without internet. Download speed 0. Restart, reboot. Plugged out. As soon as the consultant puts down the phone it happens again. Tired of this cancelling this service. Clearly i am not the only one having problems with rain
