rain internet access

I have been using rain for almost a year now and it has been perfect since. But I recently had a problem with their internet access and customer service it's been 10 days now and I have paid for my wifi but when I connect to it then it says I have no interne access but it just writes connected I have called them several times and every time I call they say they will get to the issue but still as I have mentioned that it's been 10days without it working I'm unable to work from home because of no internet and my children aren't able to go online and watch and learn because I don't have any access please help ASAP it's been long since we had wifi just because it isn't working I ask that the customer service gets better aswell
