rain internet absolutely pathetic network and gevrek customer service

Gheez I wish I could give rain internet service an ultimate zero for the most absolute worst network service and pathetic customer service. My family and I recently moved, literally just 5mins away from where we previous stayed (so from Florida, Roodepoort to Maraisburg, Roodepoort). My Mom decided on opting for rain internet as an internet provider. We received the router just over a week ago but ever since then my family and I have had wifi connection problems, especially with 2 smartphones in the household, 1 which no longer turns on because of network and the other connects but immediately gets kicked off the wifi connection. My Mom has tried contacting rain which has proven to be an endless mission because rain consultants just blow smoke up a person's ass. rain's contact number is also constantly unavailable and they have absolutely no other contact information to get hold of them. They so quick to take your money but super gevrek when they need to sort out issues. So I would appreciate if you rain people would get off your damn lazy asses and do your damn work instead of blowing smoke up a person's ass that you are sorting out the issue when you simply do not.
