Rain internet

I have been contacting Rain for weeks regarding the double billing they did on my account for 2 different amounts which the second one does not add up. They have been promising that someone will call me back its been weeks and still no word. I took my time called them and spoke to one of their agents who said her manager will call me and guess what 7 days later still no word from Rain. Thet have the most useless support I have ever experienced. They are quick to take your money but when they have to offer support nothing happens this is a load of **** from a **** company its disgusting how they treat their customers
