Rain is the most pathetic compony that exists. They deducted funds from me, gave me a weeks service and suspended my service as well as demand another payment. When I wanted to query the service suspension, I could not talk to support because I had to pay first. I had to phone them, go through sales to get to support. I was told by support that I have to pay and then they will listen to me and rectify my problem. Rain owes me 2 months of service for free. One I paid for and the other one is the month free they promised in the beginning with sign up. Last month I received an account of double my account. No service, no internet, no pay. They also claim that a month to month contract goes into arears. There was usage on my line. Service is suspended, so how can I use it. Besides, the router is stowed away and not even plugged in so how can I use it. They are con artists and ********s. They ***** their users money and demand more. I asked a few times to cancel my service, nothing. They just send bill after bill after bill.
