RAIN Internet A very terrible Service

I am using the 4G uncapped wifi R479 pm. and I get 1mbps max . And I complained on this forum but the consultant told me that if I am not happy with the service i should cancel because the tower is full there's nothing the can do for me. I decided to go for the 5G R699 with an expectation for to get around 100mbps as its advertised for higher. But to my shock I got only 0.02 as shown on the snapshot. I have paid for both subscription currently with a hope that when the 5G arrives I will cancel the earlier one, I just received the unit 2 hours ago and I am so perplexed and dismayed and very disappointed at this service .I need internet to work effectively from home. RAIN is finally shown me that indeed they have an avalanche of a problem. This is seriously false advertising and misrepresentation of facts. Consumer Council must look into these because this is a reap off
