RAIN INTERNET: A total waste of time and money.

I was trying to mail you directly to complain, yet again, about you’re absolutely disgusting service but unfortunately my internet speed is too slow. What you are doing is tantamount to *****. You ****** money on a monthly basis from your clients for a service you don’t provide. Complaining directly to you may be responded to two weeks later, if you’re in the mood, and then only with a standard copy and paste message of “hang out the window with the router dangling by your left foot whilst pointing to the moon and howl like a wolf.” You people are pathetic and your service is absolutely *******. Inconsistent speeds of below a quarter for which I pay diligently for. Total rip-off.
