Rain Internet a *******

Rain have developed into a a real rip-off provider. .......or rather, NON-PROVIDER. I have had no service since 23rd September this year, and despite numerous calls to the call centre and a number of emails I am unable to speak to anyone in the business, nor do any of the promised calls back ever happen. Worst of all, if you want to cancel the service you have to agree to them debiting your account at the end of the month - despite having had no service and despite having had no refund for downtime in September. I will be intructing my bank to stop all debit orders with immediate effect..........and my advice is to stay as far away from them as possible.
