RAIN INTERNET - A NO GO!!!!

Very dissapointed customer. I purchased a Rain Sim. Paid the full price as requested. The next step was for Rain to send an SMS with Rica details in order for me to Rica my sim. Its been more than a week now. No Rica, no activation and no internet, despite the fact that I have paid in full. I have tried to contact Rain telephonically to no avail. We have sent several e-mails to support, only to receive an automated reply. We have tried live chat (speaking to a bot), and we have send several messages on facebook - again with no reply. How do we now either get our money back, or get our internet activated as this is really ridiculous. As mentioned, its been more than a week, and every day has become a daily struggle where, given our technology today, it should actually be really simple. Very dissapointed in Rain. Will definitely not recommend their services (which are non-existent) to anyone.
