Rain Internet a huge disappointment - Dont get it !!!!!

Just had an amazing call with a technician from Rain who informs me that after 18 months with Rain I should rather cancel as Rain will not help. I signed up with rain Premium 5g plan 18 months ago and have been pretty pleased with the speeds I was getting until May 2021. Suddenly my speeds dropped to below 1mbs from 6pm to 10pm every evening. Made a polite call to Rain who sent 2 technicians out who were very nice people I may add. No improvement, made another call to CS who undertook to have a " specialist" call me to resolve the problem. He did call, but what follows is really interesting. he informed me that after 18 Months and 7 sites around me I was not in range as some towers were too high and others too low to connect to. This in spite of the fact that neither my house or the tower had moved ...... eish.... He best recommendation was find another provider as we cannot or perhaps will not value you as a customer . The tower I was connected to was congested and tough tekkies was the attitude. ( there are 6 other towers but Rain was not having any of it......... Cancel or live with it !!!! I would strongly recommend Rain if you would like to hand your money over to a provider that does not give you the product you purchase and when you complain basicly tell you to F off......
