Rain Internet (5G) is terrible!!!!!!!

I think Rain should revisit their business model and evaluate their current product. My mom and I had both our 5G routers delivered in the same month of September. We both had issues and my mom decided to terminate the subscription within a week of its receipt, I opted to indulge them a litlle longer and I can safely say there has been no joy in that decision... What a terrible product they have and let alone being fast, the internet hardly ever works. I'm fed up and want my refund
