I purchased a router and sim on Friday and was told it would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went and no router, the supervisor on duty promised that I’ll get it today.
Only to get a phone call from the courier that it will not be delivered today. Worst service ever!!!!!! I would not recommend rain to anyone, their customer service is non existent.

I don’t hear anyone going out of their way to get me my device asap, instead it’s excuses. Keep your ******* service and your device and see to it that I get my money back asap.
