Rain Internet is a ****, we are on month to month and we cancelled via there portal... they continued to bill me, you cant get hold of there call center or customer service we tried to block them at the bank and instead of listing the payment as a debit order Rain lists it as an online purchase so you cannot block them. Daylight *******!! you cannot remove your banking details, you cannot cancel and they keep debiting your account.. but they advertise that you can cancel at "anytime"
