RAIN international traffic issue and poor support!

Worst support! I logged a complaint here a week or so ago. Rain responded, but never contacted me to assist.

I had to call the call center, the agent told me to restart my router and reset it. This was done, with no change. The call center seem to only recommend this and never do any further probing or checks.

Still today no progress, visiting some international websites or using my VPN is so sluggish it's unbearable. I have to buy mobile data on CellC (which works perfectly but mobile data is expensive).

How can the service work fine for over a year, and then suddenly in the last 2 weeks it's **** speed or doesn't load at all. Even Google's homepage sometimes takes a minute to load!

There's something wrong with RAIN's international traffic, maybe the network is overloaded. I don't know but they don't give clear answers or do anything to help.

Further, they ignore emails and the call centre just repeats "Restart and Reset your router".
