Rain Interent Service Provider also fails...

Since my review of 15 Dec 2020 i had one reply asking for an email adress. I sent same nut to date have had zero feedback from their response or my previous calls logged as to the problem of non-provision of services as advertised.

And sadly - i still have daily frustration in connection to the internet....

I am truly disappointed in my decision to connect with Rain. At inception i was led to believe that they were different - that they would provide as promised.

The problem of low band width, low connectivity persists and all they have ever doe to remedy is to say i should spend more money on a new router - yet my same current device works well in other areas..... go figure...
