Rain *****ing people's money

I cancelled my subscription on their app on the 27 December 2023. On the 25 January 2024 rain deducted again, 2 payments. I queried and the call center said it was not cancelled, shue then cancelled it again, after saying she will escalate for investigation. Never heard from them again. Thus morning another deduction, when I phoned they say it was only scheduled for cancelation, not cancelled. At no stage permission was given to deduct from my wife's account, ni debit order signed. They are *****ing people's money and then play innocent. I want my money reversed TODAY, else a ***** and theft case will be opened.
