RAIN *****ING MY MONEY.

For months now I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Rain. They lie and tell you that you can do it on the online or on the app. It's impossible. I get constant ticket numbers from "Leila" their automated account support and nothing happens. These guys just ignores and *****s money from my bank account since I haven't been using their sim cards at all. I've been taking screenshots of the responses and it seems I'll have to go to the bank to sort this out. This is blatant theft.
