RAIN-ing DISASTER SERVICE

No respons for two weeks! No calls to sort it out. So called escalated??? Just numerous emails : with " we are here to (NOT) help" I demand 50% refund as I work for myself but had to make alternative internet plans. I have done the resets etc that they always suggest. Rain where are your service? Rains and flash flooded down the drain

Three days later and still no response accept you eagerly check if my bill is paid. My phone rang once today from you for two rings, and then its dead. BUT YOU IMMEDIATELY SEND ANOTHER EMAIL TELLING ME I NEED TO RESPOND ON MY CALLS????
AT LEAST RAIN IS SO FAR EXCELLENT ON WRITING EMAILS: " WE ARE HERE TO HELP"
Please refund me for the three weeks that I now struggle just to get service and a new device
