16 Feb 2022, 14:26Thank you for your swift reply. Your sales agent under NO circumstances told me that the price will increase to R 999. This is misleading me intentionally. I would like a credit for the period I used the system a R 999 and I actually want to demand on continually having the system at that amount as I was ONLY told it is a black Friday special. I insist on the recording of our initial conversation because I want to take this further to the Consumer Protection. Please email the recording to ***. za and phone ***
